Surface Treatment Chemicals for Printed Wiring Board

We provide plating chemicals used for the treatment of chip parts for capacitors and resistors and for treating semiconductor devices, such as connectors, lead frames and wafers. In particular, our neutral tin plating solution for chip devices is used by a wide range of users both inside and outside Japan, and has gained great popularity as a highly reliable plating chemical.
Functional Plating Chemicals
Functional plating chemicals improve not only the appearance and corrosion resistance of materials, but also their various other characteristics, including mechanical characteristics such as hardness and lubricity, as well as improving the optical characteristics of black chromium and black nickel. In addition to these products, we also provide products suited to the plating of various materials, such as plating porcess used to prevent electromagnetic interference through plastic, to reduce resistivity of ITO or to apply conductivity on glass, in order to meet the individual needs of customers.
