In 1961, Meltex introduced "the Plating on Plastic technology" to the market in Japan for the first time. We have been working with our customer for innovation through development and technical support of surface finishing technology.

Our distinction is existence of field engineers who have high expertness knowledge to surface finishing. The engineers, understand frontier technology of surface finishing in addition to speciality in the field, are stationed at eight bases in Japan and south east Asia. New technologies and products came into the world as the result of depthful discussion with customers and enthusiastic challenge to solve their assignment.

We also have been approaching environmet-friendliness technology from the beginning of our bussiness. In 1979, Meltex established recycling system of alkaline etching for PWB as circulating service form. Environment-friendliness is our leitmotif of technology development since then.

Meltex is continuing technology development jointhly with customers for their bright future.
